Today, I went with my family to the mall and decided to see if someone could help us with a price match. We were lucky enough to find this gracious employee Michi. She not only helped us and fixed the price discrepancy, she was genuine and really made our experience a good one. Thanks Michi!
Terrible customer service... I called to purchase a bag and the handbags lady picked up the phone just said “handbags” with anger, no aloha, no hello at all, and she didn’t even ask what do I need. I asked her if I can make a phone order with her then she hung up on me. I called one more time and tried to ask for her name but she ignored me and hung up again. Well.. that was my last time shopping with Macy’s Kahala
