Just tried to call to see how much one of their microwaves are. I was transferred with no answer for 5 minutes three different times and the fourth time I called I asked to speak with a manager. After holding for 4 minutes the manager hung up on me. I can't imagine what their business model islike
Perhaps some of the worst customer service in a Sears store. Avoid shopping here for anything other than small items, otherwise you'll most likely get the run around. The service is slow at best and asking for item information is hopeless. Try other Sears related stores not this one.
Everyone I encountered seemed very unhappy or atleast had very bad hospitality. I felt as though my business was unwanted and would not recommend going here.
