Great food and great service, the sit-down restaurant is in the back of the building and has limited seating indoors only. Bakery and fast food portion has plenty of seats. The food is consistently cooked to order with fantastic quality, I love coming here, reminds me of home. I recommend a Naples to start with and they are fabulous. Sit-down portion has a decent view of a park too.
Decent, great service and fast. However, it has free WiFi which is very unusual on Oahu. Quality is good. There are two sides, the front is more "fast food" and the back is a traditional restaurant. Better selection in the back.
MY ADVICE DONT GO TO ZIPPY'S DURING GRAVE YARD. WENT THERE TWICE LAST WEEK.. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THE WAITRESS MESSED UP THE ORDER AND NRVER CAME BACK TO CHECK UP ON ME TO SEE IF EVERY THING WAS OK. ALSO HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 15 MINUTES TO GET MY CHECK BECAUSE SHE WAS SO BUSY CHATTING WITH HER FRIENDS. MANAGEMENT WAS THERE BUT DIDNT DO ANYTHING.
3) Avoid after school hours. Lots of Washington Middle School kids.

Okay food and it is convenient, but they are getting pricy for plate lunches. For this reason, we don't go often as there are better values for food elsewhere.
