Just another 24 hour Zippy's, nothing terribly exceptional either good or bad to highlight the experience. The counter person did seem a little especially slow when I was here, but nothing to complain too much about. The location was really quiet and not at all busy--it doesn't seem like one of the Zippy's that gets slammed late at night. That can be either a good thing or a bad thing; it all depends on what your purpose and expectations are. Altogether a quiet, perfectly pleasant, 1am-on-a-Friday Zippy's experience.
Awesome fried chicken and lots of tasty deserts to choose from.
I am used to having great food and great service at Zippys but this visit was an exception. Very slow and the cashier seemed like she couldn't care less.
They have a lot of local dishes, like Loco Moco and such, which should be at least tried once.
Zippy's Kapahulu just finished their renovation and I can hardly see the difference other than the photo opp character by the parking lot. It will before long for the Japanese tourist start taking picture with Zippy boy. Anyway, Zippy chili is my favorite. And the Haupia Cake from Neapolitan Bakery.
