Placed a phone order, not once did I get a hello, or thank you, or anything else? Or even a good bye. I asked how long the wait would be, I got a hang up... went to pick up food.... order never placed and had to wait as if I walked in... no apology from cashier. It's my fault tho, I'm in Hawai'i and eating at a "chain", not really tho, it's express, so can't even bare the true WP name.
This is a good place to get good food relatively fast and at a lower cost than other offerings around Waikiki. It is easy to take back to a hotel room. It is a good option when you have little kids who are tired and can't tolerate waiting through restaurant service.
Went for pizza twice this week.... 13-14$ for a freshly made pizza with a view... Cant go wrong. Staff was also upbeat, fast & friendly! Will be coming back again!! Great for a quick and nice lunch :)

The food was tasty and arrived quickly, but the restaurant is very dirty. When we got our cups for soda, they had large slices of onion in them, probably deposited into the cups when they were washed in the dishwasher. The fountain drink dispenser had flies circling the drip tray, which had clearly not been wiped clean in a while because of how sticky it was. The floors had bits of food pushed into the corners or collected into a pile. The tables were sticky and a majority had French fries or other bits of food on them. The brown lamps were gray from the dust that had collected on the top of them.
Food is mediocre the only reason this place is still around is because the hotel guests go here and people from the beach. I think the pop machine has bad water it tasted weird.
