Everything was perfect from the service to the food. Level 5 heat is extremely hot, which I enjoyed as a heat hound but be ready to cry.

Solid ramen with flavorful broth. The side dishes (particularly the corn tempura) are what make Wagaya stand out from the countless other ramen places in town.
The Kona coffee jelly dessert is not to be missed.
Need more stars to rate this establishment. I love the tan tan min, spice level 3. That the dishes can be customized, firmer noodles, more or less spice etc. ensures I get the perfect meal. Need more Stars for the service is well , these people are wonderful , friendly smiling and a attentive, what more could you ask for.
My favorite ramen spot in Hawaii. Not only are the ramen very flavorful, the sides are amazing, as well as the owners, who put so much pride into there craft. My usual dishes are the corn tempura, fried calamari, and garlic tonkotso or tan tan.
