Good value considering the portion sizes
It should be noted though that inside it can be very noisy. But what do you expect, it's a very popular eatery.
Very busy but food was great. Nice service. Part of restaurant is open to the elements and birds looking for a crumb. It was my birthday the day before, and the servers sang Happy Birthday (in tune !) and I got a small chocolate sundae with a candle. Many, many choices in food and cheesecake.. moderately priced.
Service and Food is Amazing and the Cocktails are good too AAA+++.
Delicious food well worth the wait. Large crowds every night mean you'll have to wait unless you get in early, but they give you mobile alarms so you can go check out the stores while you wait.
Didn't have to wait very long to be seated, must have made it before the rush! The drinks were huge, and the soft drinks had free refills. The portion sizes were very generous. I had the Fish & Chips which was really delicious, it was amazing. Sadly I was too full for desserts but maybe another time! We had an amazing waiter too, he was always very polite & friendly.

They do not take bookings but you can grab an electronic tag and wait nearby.
If you go to Waikiki you MUST experience the Cheesecake Factory.
They can get very busy so a late Lunch or Dinner helps avoid the queue.
Despite being busy once in they do not try to push you out or hurry you.
When we visited this place was PACKED we were told about a 30 minute wait and to our surprise we waited maybe 10 minutes before we were seated! Once seated we did feel like our server was rushing us. I totally get that they were slammed and had a lot of people waiting but when I'm out to eat I do not want to be rushed and I want to enjoy a drink and an appetizer and then my meal. We ordered apps and asked for them to come first and they arrived at the same time as our meal so that was disappointing. We didn't even start eating and we were greeted with our check. The food was great, but I definitely don't like feeling rushed out of a place, especially one that isn't on the cheap side.
Wonderful staff that are quickly available and very friendly.
The menu is huge so you will probably have to visit more than once.
10/10 will definitely eat here again!
