famous big place for burgers... they are pretty busy. but as restaurant manager i saw many spots where they can be more efficient and quicker by just change the way how they work.... food great 5* speed 4* efficiency 2*
What hits the spot more than a burger and fries at 1 am? In n out is the best for the late night munchies. Just had a classic animal styled fries. Soooo good! The Westwood location is great but the only foibles is it's always packed. They have a rep that stands outside he drive though to expedite the process. Will always love this place
They made a mistake on my chicken sandwich and rang it in as a chicken tenders and after I was nice and pointed it out they threw 2 chicken tenders in a bun and tried to B'S me on how that's the only way they make it. It was not the same. Its one thing to make a mistake but don't cover it up with another mistake. Honestly their worst location
Awesome all around! Fresh made burgers. Great fries. Real ice cream shakes. No matter the toppings you can taste the beef! Guys behind the counter were great with the heavy service level. Smiles on their faces even through the language barrier with some guests. A little pricey, but what do you expect 50 m from Waikiki Beach.
Yes, this place is good as they say it is! I'll definitely be back for another juicy burger. There's so much flavorful packed in the meat and the condiments served on top make this place unique. There's so many types of burgers to choose from, what's awesome is the menu has pictures of what all the burgers look like (good for people who need a visual). I waited roughly 20 minutes for my burger, it was well worth the wait!
