This place was terrible. I don't even want to give it a star. We found a piece of hair in the food and they didn't even acknowledge it or apologize. The food was mediocre. Nothing like what other reviews mentioned. It was very slow that day there so no reason to have bad service. Asked for soda, never got it. And our drinks were never refilled either.
My favorite Korean food restaurant, we come here at least once a month for dinner. Gotta go early because this place is small so it fills up fast! Their seafood pancake is tasty with a great crust. Their tofu soup is one of the best I've tasted and their meats are delicious. Only thing I don't care for here is their meat-jun. Never had issues with their service. Free parking in the back.
I'm just a stupid haole so what do I know? But damn if the seafood pancake, tofu soup and the meat jun aren't legit. I've eatin here about 10 times and it's always good. I was shocked to find it only had 3.5 stars from the reviews.
Best Korean restaurant! Tasty, fast service, very reasonable and is delicious everyrtime. I live in Australia but visit Hawaii 3 times a month for work. I dine there regularly as it is my most favourite place to eat in Hawaii!
Expectation for 15% tip ruined experience. After a good meal, we paid bill and left a 10-12% tip. Waitress rudely pointed to 15% on tip chart and notioned that our tip was insufficient.
