We came here for dinner. There is a small parking lot, street parking, and also ANOTHER adjacent lot. There was a line but it didn't take that long. I'd say about 5 minutes. It was our first night so we got the typical Hawaiian plate - loco moco - rice, burger meat, gravy, and eggs. How can you go wrong with that? This plate also comes with a side of mac salad. The price is fairly cheap for something delicious! There are tons of picnic tables as well so you don't have to worry about finding an open spot.
If you are hungrier than a mere trip to L&L Drive In, stop here. There is always a bit of a line and there's a reason for that. The portions are good and the food is even better. Sitting at the place itself is a bit limited. You can take to go but usually once you smell the good stuff you wanna just dive on in.
Great place for cheap eats. It's a must try when vacationing here. I recommend the Loco Moca. The other plate in the pic is some sort of a combination. Great place for bargain eating!!!!! The drive inn means that there is no indoor seating.
An affordable dining experience. Long queue expected during dinner time. Food was tasty and wasn't expensive by Honolulu standards. Fried chicken portion was good enough even for the big eaters.
If you want the local feel on food, and a LOT of food for a great price, this is the place. The food was pretty darn good. Get the rainbow float! We had fun eating here. Just watch the birds, they're aggressive in Honolulu, and real thieves lol...
