1. Order Pho with whatever beef product you want. Don't get the "combination" if you're not adventurous. There will be beef parts.

2. Sizes of order is either medium or large.

That's it. She's will bring you the order.

3. "Meat outside" means that you want them to bring you the meat raw and you "cook" it in your bowl with the super hot soup.

Use the hoisin sauce and hot sauce (one factory made, and one restaurant made) Enjoy your Pho! Pardon the service.

Affordable and delicious, make sure to go by 2:00pm they close at 2:30

4. Ask them to cook the beanspout if you don't want the beanspout to cool you soup too quickly.

Really great pho with a good broth and good prices. Worth the wait when it's busy.

Chinatown is filled with Pho (Vietnamese rice noodle) places. And Pho To Chau is the "soup nazi" version of it. The Pho soup/broth is hot. The noodle is excellent. The meats are tender. The vegetable is fresh. The service is enjoyable if you're understanding. Make sure you follow the order/direction. Key to be on the good list. Wait to be seated by standing at the line outside the door. If there is no line (rarely happen), you start the line at the door in the middle. Never go inside and seat yourselves down. When you're seated, don't place the order with the auntie that clear the table. She only clear the table, give you menu if you need it, and get you water or Vietnamese coffee. The owner will come and take your order. They have their system down. Don't question me why the other lady can't take order. When the owner lady come, you better know what you going to get. Keep your questions to the minimum, she really want to just take your order.

BTW, pay up at the counter. They hardly come and give you the check.

Very authentic little shop. I stopped by here on a whim while waiting for my bus to North shore. As far as I know they do not serve Bún thịt nướng, but they do have something similar with chicken egg rolls that was also good.

I think its more family tradition or local following that fills the seats heremore than the food. Ive eaten pho all over the world to include Vietnam, now I would conclude that the Pho here does resemble the pho in vietnam, which contains less salt and tastes more watered down. This is due to the fact that pho in the US has ALOT more salt and a thicker base due to the high volume of meat compared to Vietnam. If youve eaten good pho in America, id wager that you would not like the pho here. Ive been twice and the pho was not impressive, the service was terrible, and itS busy and hot as they leave the doors open during the day and dont run the AC.
