They have people exercising all time of the day and you have people just kicking back and enjoying their.
It's a good overall park. Has restrooms, not the best of shape but usable. Most the homeless during the day are no bother, harmless. Gets hot unless you have your own shade. Most shade has people using it. Good uncrowded park.
This used to be a nice place to enjoy but the homeless and hoodlums have made it their hangout. Now the place is to avoided after 5 pm in the evening. Sad!
There is normally plenty of parking. But this can change depending on what activity are going on in the area. As a precaution give yourself extra time just in case.
Great place to take long walks or just relax. Start at the end of Lagoon Drive loop through the park and head back. It's about a 3 mile walk that can go four if you stick to the sides of the field. Low traffic and great views too.
