You park in a neighborhood and walk down to the "wall" area. We were very mindful of the homes and parking to make sure and stay within our parking areas where available and not to block homeowners driveways.

It is full of adventure and some intense fun. The waves crashing right there in front of you is extremely exhilarating! BE CAREFUL! The waves can and will catch you off guard just as they did many including myself while we were there. You don't want to get raked by the sharp rocks, pits and cave areas. I would say know your limits.

The color of the water is stunning. There are many waves that crash up against the rock areas and they make for great video and photo ops. The colors of the waves really come through.

Really great place to chill and watch the sunset. On good surf days, you can watch people surfing along the China Walls. A quick note: I was eaten alive by the bugs over there. It might have been my sunblock, but just a fair warning if you're sensitive.

The surfer action there gives tourists a chance to see surfing extreme up close and personal without having to use a zoom lens. They are literally right below you!

Really nice secluded place to watch crazy waves during the sunset. Some people jump in the water to swim if the current isn't too strong. Definitely a hidden gem.

An awesome experience we weren't expecting. My wife found this place online and we were shocked at how cool it was.

A great place to watch the sunset behind Diamondhead. Word has gotten out and lots of other people had the same great idea. A great view with larger crowds. Views along North Shore don't seem as crowded...

It's a little bit hard to find a spot to park but it's an incredible place to visit and not crowded. Guess it's better to rent a scooter so you can park somewhere in the park...
