Great place to volunteer!
The location is amazing but what ruined it for me was cost after cost after cost. Pay to park. Pay to get in. Wait 15 mins to watch a video. Pay to get the shuttle down the hill. Everyone that worked there was rude, the man holding everyone to watch the briefing was so so rude, it literally took us 30 mins to just get down to the beach... and it wasn't even that busy. Once you get down there it's beautiful but I just found literally everyone that works there to be a total killjoy.

This place is amazing, a MUST if visiting Oahu! It is picturesque perfection. It does get a little crowded but not too bad. It cost $7.50 to enter the beach which I liked because everyone going has paid to be there so it's a clean crowd, also no smoking or drinking allowed. There are bathrooms and outdoor showers. They offer a shuttle service down and back to the beach for a small fee(totally worth it). The food bar is good but a little spendy so if that a concern bring snacks from home. Volunteers and employees are very friendly and helpful. Rent the snorkeling gear, it's so worth It! We saw SO MANY FISH as well ad turtles, bright corals etc... It's $20 for full gear. We loved every minute here.
