It's a great park so long as no one is drinking, smoking or sleeping on the kids playground.

Nice park right outside of downtown and near Chinatown. Within walking distance to many of the great restaurants, and unique stores located in Chinatown. The only downside is that there are quite a bit of homeless people, but they do not give you any trouble and that is just how it is here in Hawaii. Sad, but true.
