Extremely unorganized and dirty inside of office. Don't expect real support from the team inside, they talk like robots with a monotone vibe that leaves you wanting to wonder how the they even got hired.

This is garbage uber support team, I went in seek to get answers on the issue with uber taking more than 25 percents of my total fare paid by my riders. I did not get treated like I expected as a uber partner driver, I am a royal driver with more than 15 months with uber. I did not get the answers but get treated like criminal, the uber service representatives told me that I can't not ask the questions that they don't want to hear or have no knowlege about the subject. It was very rude. The security lady at the office was threaten me to throw me out of the office, and threatened to call HPD if I don't leave the office. I came to seek supports on the issue with the fare, got no answers, but embarrassment. Customers service was rude and unprofessional. Please don't waste your time to come in.
Go here only if you absolutely need to and your hopeless. They are sorta useless.
It costs $2 to park just to go ask a question. Why can't they be reached by phone or at least by email? Not all questions can be answered in the app.
