Don't be fooled about the services offered. Stood in line for 20 minutes to change my mainland drivers license to a local one, only to be told I had to go to a different satellite city hall. grrrrrrr........
LOOK UNDER KING STREET! After 20 minutes if looking, I finally found it underground on fort street below king street crossing. One small sign as you walk down the stairs. Hope this helps others save time finding it! Place wasn't crowded (probably because people couldn't find it!) and clerks were friendly.
I just want to know if I can change my last name on driving license on that office. I can't find online what type of services they provide and nobody is answering the phone, just a voice message giving random information of other offices. I didn't want to spend 20 mnts looking for parking and then for the place to be told I have to do my change of last name somewhere else. What a waste.
Very unpleasant experience I had this morning at this office. Unfortunately I don't have name of the person who was helping me:( She was the most unpleasant woman I've ever met. She didn't even look at me, she was very rude and not helpful. I work in customer service myself and I know how important it is to be nice and attended to customers but this lady should never work in front office, she obviously hates people. She should stay in close room where she doesn't have much interaction with clients.
