Doesn’t know how to answer phones at all
They are so nice and courteous. The process is painfully slow, tho.
I tried calling that number on the website for Dillingham location 768-4185 on 11/7/17....It rang and rang about 30 times and no answer, no recording. I tried again repeatedly from about 9:00am till 11:30am. No answer or rings busy. Is that the correct number? No one answers the phone.
Better and easier than Mainland DMV's. Friendly staff.
