I didn't have a chance to write until now but I had a great experience providing my OPI service for a Hawaii Civil Rights Commission officer a few months ago. He was extremely detail-oriented, patient, and understanding of his Limited English Proficiency client. He obviously knew how to use a consecutive interpreter over the phone too. I appreciated his courtesy throughout the 2 1/2 hr. long phone call.
