The waiting time is way more than long. Waited there about 3 hours while there where no place to seat
Almost 3 hour wait to get an Id?!?! People are standing out the door and there are no places to sit. They offer online check in which I did not know about earlier so I stood in line. Flawed system let's people cut in line while everyone else essentially has to give up thier entire day. Lack of employees and the speed at which they work is ridiculous. For a service that is PAID for, this system is absolutely flawed and ridiculous.
totally wasted my day off from work! 3 hours waiting in line. office people gave wrong instructions to people with visas! they said to bring in two mailed address letters and social security card but never mentioned about a green card. if you don't have a green card you will only get a state id card for only 14 days why even bother getting one! please give people the right instructions so people won't waste their time there.
Awful... 3 hr wait because people make appointments online and essentially cut in front of everyone else. System needs to be fairer for those who are low tech. Should be first come first serve! No online check in BS.
