very quick driver license renewal. friendly staff. 8 year max for $40. cash or check only. go online and print and complete the form before going there. gather all required documents. it will save you time. at 8:30am, 6 people in line took me less than 30 minutes. lots of visitor parking.
Forget about getting anything done on the phone! The menus are all messed up and no one will EVER answer the phone. Terrible system!
Maybe if you tried calling one of the other many City Hall satellite locations? Nope. Each and everyone of them has a similar recorded message and every single one of them does not seem to patch you through to a live human being.
Courteous and professional. They work as quickly as possible. Expect to wait up to an hour.

Only voicemail. When you are given the option to speak with a customer service agent, your instead routed to another voicemail that says you should try the number again or start all over from the beginning.

Are you can do is show up and wait in line. Don't worry about being able to ask questions to make sure you have your paperwork properly completed before you go. Just plan on waiting in line and finding out at the window only to go back home to fix what you messed up and go back and stand in line again.
You're not even given the option to hold to wait for a human being or leave a message and ask someone to call you back. None of that is available.
I've called multiple times on multiple days at multiple hours and I can't ever get a hold of anyone. I need to be able to talk to someone.
