On vacation with a serious flare up of my dermatitis. Went on a Sunday morning when they opened. After a minimal amount of paperwork I was seen right away, diagnosed and given a shot and RX to alleviate my condition. All personnel were professional and courteous. Insurance was taken and filed (Meidcare with a supplement in my case). Entire visit was less than 30 minutes. With all of the negative reviews I felt I had to share this most positive experience with this clinic.
Saw Dr Hori as soon as paperwork was done. Excellent manners and very knowledgeable. Quick diagnosis and prescribed medication. No problem with speaking English.
The staff doesn't speak English too well but they're friendly and helpful. Located right above the Longs.
The doctor saw me for about 30 seconds and prescribed me some pill that didn't do anything. I sure felt like they are just there to make money. I'm in the internet looking for another doctor and just happen to see the other reviews. I don't recommend this place but if you are on vacation it's a convenient location for Waikiki.
