Location of the hospital is right off H-1 Eastbound; easy to locate. Lots of free parking (what a commodity in Honolulu). It is located on a very busy street (Punahou St) so be extra careful entering and exiting their driveway. It is located near several schools so peak traffic occurs before and after school hours. Drive with caution.
I have been a Proud Member of Antioch Shrine Center for over 41 years. We are over here in Honolulu, Hawaii on vacation and decided we needed to visit one of our Hospitals. Larry Rike & Betty Crusenberry, Bob Brandon & his wife Kathy. Memorial Day 2015 we are going to tour Pearl Harbor. Then in the next couple of days we plan to visit the Shrine Hospital before returning to home in the Dayton, Ohio area.
Great Hospital! We've been to Shriners Hospital multiple times. They have a wonderful mission for the children. My niece and nephew are patients. Their new hospital environment is so calming and non threatening to the children. Staff have always been pleasant (yes there are nurses and patients allergic to roses and latex) and the staff do their best to protect them. They are so caring.
