I was seen quickly. Every time I've gone to IUC I was in and out in a hurry. Thorough and efficient. My recent visit had billing/charge errors. I called into the office and was told they would be corrected right away. I would definitely recommend to friends.

I really appreciated the facility seeing me right away as I had a new "hybrid" contact lens that must have adhered to my eye while flying over from mainland. The doctor and techs were amazing, fast, and the doctor specifically tried several times to remove the lens from my eye and did not give up until he succeeded, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my stay in HI. I was in a good deal of pain due to the many unsuccessful attempts at trying to remove it myself. Thank you! Mahalo!!
First time at this location. I went on a Friday around 4pm. I was the second person waiting. After filling out the forms I waited for my turn. I was in to check if i had strep. The nurse asked the usual questions, looked at symptoms, and, took a sample from my throat. Took about 5-10 minutes for results (negative). In my opinion it was satifiying quick. The doctor was very nice, understanding, she knew how to quell my anxiety of strep. Whole experience was about 30-45 min.
I have taken my son in twice during the weekend and no wait. I think locals haven't caught on yet. He went in the first time for a flu and during the recent Thanksgiving weekend for his asthma. Our recent experience was to treat his asthma but the doctor ended up calling 911 because my son's oxygen level was low and it was policy for them to call emergency when it gets to that level. I am thankful for their quick response and care in treating my son. They are friendly and accommodating and we were in and out in half hour or less.
