I called him with a problem I thought I had with my fan and clock on my car. He listened attentively to both problems one at a time and asked me several questions. When finished with each situation he nicely said that he didn't want to take my money unnecessarily and by what I told him, he didn't need to see the car and explained in detail what he thought I should do. I gave 4 stars for the honest responses he gave and the time he took to listen. I couldn't give 5 stars because he didn't actually work on the car but for sure if I do have a problem with the electric in car I will go to see him.
