In for a simple oil change with appointment had me in-and-out in an hour that's what I'm looking for
Great place was I sink when came. For a little problem no need to pay. But after 2 hours and after wait in uncomfortable room (they don't have customer room!!!) I ask WATS IS GOING ON HERE THEY ANSWER WE CAN NOT FIX U TIRE LETS TO SOLD FOR U NEW 200$ 1TIRE.... SOOO ITS TO BAD...Service areNOT on best level. And Its have Best place in Hawaii 2017 Awards! It not funny it's nasty!!!
These guys are great, especially Ryan. Had to take my car in with no appointment for a flat tire. They squeezed me in and had me on my way to work in under 2 hours. Definitely earned my repeat business. Much mahalo, guys.
Took my Infiniti in twice for a oil change. second time one my valve stems to a tire broke off and I had my car towed to their lot. They tried to fix it and even warned me not to take my car to a dealership because they would charge to replace all 4 tire sensors even though I only needed one. All in all they put a new valve stem on my tire and put it back on and didn't charge me a dime. Great service, friendly and straight to the point.
Fair prices for maintaining your car. The staff is fairly efficient but could use some customer relations training.
