Straight Talking , clean work. Albert treated myself and my fiance with respect and choices as how to proceed with many mechanical issues ailing her 325CI. Nothing major in an of itself, but accumulative , was a good hit in the bank acc . He presented many choices and let us decide how we wished to proceed. The work done was professional and completed on time. We will be using A & A Motor Werkes in the future.
Long story short had a terrible experience at BMW of Honolulu. I took my car to A&A and they were able to get me back on the road at a fraction of the cost of what the BMW dealer was charging.
