I have an appointment today March 24, Friday at 7:30, to fix the horn of my Ford pick up, arrived 15 minutes earlier, the desk guy who i spoke to informed me that the mechanic will be late for an hour, i am so disappointed and asked why never at least call and inform me for this tardiness of such a big company, no apology and not bother of inefficiency and unprofessionalism so so bad
Went there today just to patch my tire and almost 3 hrs later my car was still in the same spot. Never moved!!! So I canceled...wasted almost 3 hrs for nothing...
Kinda shady how they charge a "protection plan" without asking first.
