Although these guys are super fast when it comes to doing a safety check, and you can sit in your car while they do it. I was honestly disappointed with their service. Yes he was friendly and there was no wait time but the safety check was complete bogus. The guy gave me a list of about 8 things wrong with my car, from tires down to my windshield wipers. He proceeded to give me a few business card and told me to reach out to them and then come back and see him and he would pass my car. I was in shock to be honest. Not to mention my husband took his car through right after mine, and even tho his car is in rough shape and is probably only going to last for a few more months, he only failed because of a small crack in his windshield. I felt played. Needless to say, I went to firestone and not only passed but was told my car was in EXCELLENT condition and they were just taking advantage of me being a young girl. Truly disappointed.
Good people! But a lot of times the safety check line is crazy! Might be in and out, might be waiting for a while in your vehicle in a line (possibly out on the street). Be prepared.
