Amazing! Our Lexus was finished, as promised and work performed was/is excellent. Price was fair (and much lower than Buster's). The staff is kind, friendly and professional.
Anyway here is my complaint to the auto engineer. Really? Why would they use plastic and foam for a bumper. I still remember having metal and rubber bumpers from cars in the 80's.
I wanted an estimate for a dented/scratched company vehicle and the gentleman was so nice and super honest. Unlike the other places that just said we have to replace everything, he showed me where the vehicle had been damaged previously and repaired poorly with bondo and a similar paint. He really walked me through everything and didn't charge for the estimate. I visited the 24th around 4pm, I wish I remembered the gentleman's name, he was great!
Initially received a raving review from an Audi Dealer employee, and went to Kwan's, based on that recommendation. 'So glad we did.
Locally-owned shop with decent service. Walk-in estimates, but limited street access and parking. Markups on parts and labor rates are expensive, pretty much like any shop you go to.
Highest recommendation, no question.

Kwan's Auto Body is honest. My wife hit the bumper of our mini van against a trash can. The plastic bumper was off the clip, hanging, and left with some paint mark. It looked bad. Kwan's staff took a quick look. Pop the bumper back onto the clip and use some magic paint remover to rub the paint mark off. The bumper was about 95% "fixed" Basically, we have to replace the whole bumper if we want it 100% beautiful. Honest Kwan was straight up and also don't hesitate to get you on your way. We try to tip them but refused.
