Phoned to place an order for Mother's Day two weeks in advance. I hoped to get a rope Pikake lei. Person who took the call was annoyed and responded "I don't know." Was not informed whether or not they would call me back.
My first experience with Patty's Floral Designs and they hit it out of the park. Fantastic service, an absolutely beautiful bouquet and very, very accomodating. I haven't had very good luck placing a floral order from Ontario, Canada in the past and I did mention this to the person on the phone. She went out of her way to help me and guaranteed I would get what I want. I asked for white flowers, greenery and no baby's breath and when the flowers were delivered to my friend in Honolulu, she was very, very happy. All the flowers she loves and more. Thank you very much to Patty's Floral Design and I'll definitely be calling again in the future.
I had such a great experience here. I was that last-minute bride, looking for two bouquets, and even though the staff were clearly busy with another big event they were able to help me put together a selection of flowers for a few small bouquets. I understand there are seasons when it's exceptionally busy. Despite your impoliteness, I made a purchase and never went back there since 2007.
Prior to Mother's Day I went into the shop just to see if there were any leis available. Person who took the call was unpleasant to me in front of other customers and made a rude comment.
I couldn't even make an order because the owner wasnt in. When I started to ask another question I was hung up on. I called back and the same man answered, heard it was me, and did it again.
