Have ordered several times from here. We live on the mainland and like to send different Edible Arrangements to our son and family, who lives in Honolulu. We find it very easy to order online and set up for delivery to be a certain day. Every time our order has gotten there as promised. Great job!

I had to send my mom a Christmas present from Hawaii, so I went with Edible Arrangements. As pricey as they are, they sure make up for it in customer service. Upon checking out, there is no rush fee or last minute fee. I have never seen that before. And I was nervous about the delivery getting there on time, but they actually emailed me an update upon delivery. 10/10

Shana was very helpful on my last minute puchase. all though i was a little dissappointed i couldn't get a delivery time, I was very grateful they helped me on my last minute purchase. Great customer service, parking is good (if you know where to park) they do validate. location is in the heart of downtown honolulu. Not a big space so you may pass it if your not paying attention.
