The review are wrong ever time I had flower delivered from them they are the most beautiful basket and all my flowers bloomed. Many people complemented on the flowers.
My Aunt sent a plant, with blooms in a basket for my birthday. They said that the tried to deliver but no one was home (someone was home all day), and that they left a message (which they did not). They dropped off the plant the next day and called me after. I had already left home for the weekend. They got the plant and said they would be back on Monday. They finally showed up on Wednesday (a week later). The plants were three plants in green plastic containers (like you would see at Walmart), in a basket. No blooms, no pretty anything, just ferns and another green plant. My Aunt paid over $50 for this. Not to mention, when I asked about them being a week late I was told in a brush off kind of way that there was a scheduling problem. FTD should not continue their business with them. I called the florist to discuss my concerns and was told to contact FTD. Very unprofessional!
I've been ordering from them for years because they give good quality flowers at reasonable prices. However every single time I have a hard time placing my order. It takes a long time to get the order complete and to be honest it is rather a painstaking experience. That said, I recently stopped ordering because their prices seem to have gone up.

Love the inside decor of the shop; lots of hanging arrangements and lights. It's a fairly large space that has many displays of succulent arrangements which are very popular now. There are also various flower bouquets and lei. I was able to pick up some traditional flowering branches for the Lunar New Year. I do not think there is dedicated parking, but there are lots of metered stalls nearby.
