Ordered flowers online from this place on a Friday with a requested delivery date of a Tuesday. Other than an order confirmation email we never received any updates that our flowers were being delivered.
The flowers were nice but ultimately we were not impressed with this company's communication or their apparent ability to handle online orders.

I am sorry to read some unhappy reviews about Paradise Baskets & Flowers. I have been ordering numerous bouquets for the past 18 months and everyone of them has exceeded my expectations! I know this to be true because my recipients always send me photos of their bouquets and I've seen a few "in person!" And the price is extremely reasonable, with "free delivery" in the town area. My one and only complaint is that No One ever answered the phone when I tried calling to change a delivery. No pick-up and No answering machine. That is my only gripe about them. But their deliveries, flowers, bouquets have always been EXCELLENT!
Never heard anything from the company or the recipient for the day of delivery. Called the flower store multiple times on the day of delivery to find out the status of our flowers. No one ever picked up.
Ordered two arrangements, one came out beautifully but wilted quickly within a day or two. Other arrangement looked nothing like the arrangement ordered online. I understand they can make substitutes, but this was ridiculous. I was extremely disappointed, especially when I paid extra for the upgrade.
Called them again the following day in the afternoon, and finally got hold of someone. The employee said that they would take our information down and find out the status of our flowers and call us back. lo and behold, an hour later our flowers arrived. Coincidence? I think not. Never got a call back either.
Mom received the most beautiful basket of flowers for Mother's Day! I immediately looked at which florist it came from, so I could put that florist in my address book. I will be using Paradise Baskets and Flowers from now on for all of my florist needs. Mom says, "Thank you!!"
