Horrible! Do not waste your money!! There are no mixing options, no toppings, and the small cup $8 mint chocolate chip is a tragedy. This place shouldn’t be allowed to call themselves cold stone.
I love Cold Stone. Was super excited to see one in the Honolulu airport, as we had a 3 hour layover. We walked over to find that it was closed! 7:00pm on a Saturday night! Listed hours are 9:00am-9:00pm. Come on Honolulu airport Coldstone!
Closed and it wasn't even super late, was like 6pm. Smh
I'm glad the Cold Stone Creameries in other locations seem to all have closed. When I visited the Waikiki location a few years back, I was ignored and racially insulted by the employees. Pretty unforgettable experience.
The smallest size icecream here was $8.00, and they had no customization options like at other cold stones. To make matters worse, I am pretty sure the Mint Mint Chocolate Chip made me sick for the duration of my flight.
It was such a deplorable way to wrap up the trip. I will never shop at a cold stone again!!!
