Staff is very friendly. Many discounts available. Rewards benefits are good and worth signing up for. Large selection of products organized by pet type. Wish they carried more vegetarian dog food and chews. Often having good sales and there are sale racks by the front registers.
My daughter recently started working here as a pet stylist (groomer) and has been really impressed with her colleagues and managers (especially Sonya). Very professional. High standards. They follow the rules to ensure safety of dogs and each other. They help each other and ask for and give advice. Best of all, they really enjoy what the do and love the dogs. It's a busy store but they're always available to answer a question.
Helpful and engaging staff, quality products. Grooming department is amazing.
