Top service! Great staff! Friendly and fun. Went into Cruzin Hawaii and didn't expect to be able to rent out the night rod I was after as they had only just received it in stock. They made it available on the spot and was the first to ride it. Great bike and great service lots of variety for people after something smaller as well. Gave my wife and I great directions around the islands and told us about some cool spots. Would highly recommend This place to anyone looking for bike or scooter. Will definitely be going back next time in Hawaii!
Extremely happy! My girlfriend And I rented two mopeds for their 24hr rental. They went through riding the moped with my girlfriend and when she felt comfortable we both left. It became clear fairly quickly that she was not as comfortable as she thought she was and rather then hurting someone we returned her moped within a few hours of when we picked it up. It was not their fault she was not comfortable on the machine at all. So i didn't even mention a refund. That being said they returned a good portion of the rental fee with out me even asking. The guys there that helped us were very down to earth and honest. Very positive and all around happy people. They made the hole experience a lot of fun.
I researched every scooter rental place on Google and Cruzin' Hawaii had the best prices I could find on the island. The scooters are shiny and new. We chose one of the larger bikes, because we are staying on the North Shore and we wanted to be able to drive at highway speeds and go over the mountains. Our bike easily kept up with traffic and was fun to drive. We decided to accept the insurance because if anything were to happen, we didn't want the hassle of trying to deal with our own insurance or having our rates go up - but it's probably a good idea to do some research on your insurance before you go. You might also want to check and make sure the helmet fits under the seat of the bike or you will be carrying it around with you. I almost never remember people's names, but Michael was so personable and gave us such outstanding service, that I made it a point to remember his name for the purpose of writing this review. I recommend Cruzin' Hawaii without hesitation.
Very easy going guys and very helpful on the phone. The Piaggio was in good condition and was on special with $30 off which was great. We cruised out to the Pearl Harbour memorial, then Tantalus and Diamond Head for some great views. Easy return with a fuel station very close by. Easy walk from Waikiki resorts. Michael was very helpful. A great day out.
