The service provided by Wendy at the Ala Moana Papyrus is embarrassingly terrible. Not only is she rude and sour, she is extremely unaccommodating and bad mannered. Unlike the younger gentlemen that was working with her on Sunday (08.07.2011), she clearly does not have the patience to listen to the customer and just wants to ring up purchases. She makes it clear that she does not have time to accommodate customers that have other needs that are not common for the store standards. Also, she makes it clear that she is upset and annoyed by the people around her that do not follow her rules. Therefore, I would highly recommend any wedding couples to be to always avoid Wendy and instead wait to be serviced by the tall, blonde hair sales associate to help.
