Our poor dog came home with a patch of what looks like burned or scraped skin (deep red color) by his groin and his nails cut too short. He seems like he's in pain and won't stop licking the affected area and is even walking funny :(

Do NOT take your Pom. I had great experience the first four or so times then one day the owners assistant took my dog and ripped out the wrong coat. The vet said it would take two years to grow back IF IT GREW BACK AT ALL... its been six months since the incident and he has developed a problematic condition due to the horrible groomer.
Awesome!!!!! Very please with the work they did on my Pomeranian. Before the groom the groomer talked with me and my options for the grooming. I have to admit I didn't comb my dogs hair and she developed a lot of naps. I thought the coat could be saved but after talking to the groomer she explained it was more stressful and possibly painful on her to try to comb her out. We had to go with a short cut and she couldn't be happier!!! WILL BE BACK!!
