Incredible pedicure from Maria, again. Long, hard week on the island...total relaxation, today. I highly recommend.
Total waste off time for a man. Their massage room is next to a gym. I had to walk out in the middle of my massage. They told me they have been complaining but it's just loud. Then they tried to charge me for additional services. Men stay away!!! Send your wife or girlfriend but don't go yourself it's a total joke!!!!
The spa where the customer is never right. It's a stuffy rigid environment that makes up its own rules and cops an attitude not previously imagined . They hate your kids so don't even think about bringing them. The quality of the services is at best mediocre based on mainland big city standards in every area-- facials massage and nails.
Amazing view of Queens and Canoes surf breaks from several areas inside of the spa. Nice locker room attendants. Nuts and teas and fruit in lounge area.
Had their Signature Massage by Sandy who rushed me out of the room as soon as the massage was over (literally had 1 minute to get dressed and out, not a relaxing way to end the experience). Would rate the Massage itself a 6.5/10 and not worth the price tag. The best part of the experience was the spa rooms and beautiful views. My husband also did not rate his Massage highly 5/10.
