I purchased 3 expensive packages from this spa through Groupon. Not only did they not honour the purchased packages, they delayed responding to my emails to make an appointment until the 3 day expiry cooling off date was passed so I lost $298. Neither Groupon nor the spa would offer an alternate service.
Totally unprofessional and unethical behaviour, I would never use this spa or Groupon
I was really impressed with the profesionalism of the therapist. I was so relaxed afterwards, and she even showed me stretches to do after, to keep my muscles relaxed and flexable. Thanks again!
Staff is fantastic, the waiting area is very pleasant, and the services and products available are awesome.
