I had pain and numbness in my arm for several months before beginning physical therapy. Julie and her staff quickly recognized my issues and prescribed a program of several exercises to strengthen my neck and back while improving my posture. After several weeks, not only was my arm better, but my range of motion for both arms and my neck increased. I hadn't realized how much the muscle tension I carried as a "normal" amount was limiting my mobility.
