action rehab is by far the best of the best, without a doubt! I have been there 3 times for 3 different situations- shoulder x 2 and neck. Their people collaborate, are cutting edge in their knowledge, and they all check into your soft tissue status everytime you go in, the do not just get you exercising while they read or chart or whatever. I once went to another place because i thought action was not listed on my insurance and they made my shoulder worse, so now i am back at action because it turns out that they are on network with GEHA, Obamas new pre existing condtion health coverage for the 99% of us self employed who have had at least a hangnail or worse so that we are labeled as pre-existing condition monsters. Anyway, that other place did no soft tissue work what so ever and my muscles all around my shoulder got knotted up really bad, i quit that place, and called action who said they can work with GEHA, so i am getting better now already after one visit for an evalutation and they were kind enough to work on me and show me what to do to help the situation. i could not recommend these guys enough, i have to pay my co-pay so trust me, if they were not superb, i would take my prescription elsewhere
