Stayed at the Aqua Skyline in Hawaii and the parking lot was contracted out to Propark. The parking attendant which was a young Indian girl was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I understand people had bad days but this was 3 separate encounters. She makes the hotel and your company look bad.

This company is not customer service friendly and do not care about the customers. I parked at their parking area known as Beretania-Nuuanu. My fee at the time was $7.00. I put a $20.00 bill in the machine to pay for parking before I saw their sign that says that the machine does not give change back. I tried to call the company and ask for my $13.00 back. I talk to two different people and was told that they do not refund anyone's money. They said it is the customers fault for not reading the sign. They said this happens all the time. Their website states that they have good customer service, but I do not agree. They knowingly keep money that does not belong to them. I told them I was going to tell everyone I know the truth about what happened. Please do not use this car lot as they keep money that does not belong to them from people that use their lot and accidently over pay.
This company charged my mom 2 times
I work down the street in Piikoi Building and park in a property off Sheridan street and pay parking that my agency pays for and I make sure every day to pay and count the parking number spot and even put a sticky note on my bills with my car info for a whole day. They ticket me for no reason, I have photos and work notes from my office billing of my payment. Propark provides no receipt system so customers have to keep track and I can't understand what kind of company does not do any checking properly of vehicles parked especially for daily customers like me who are patrons of this lot due to work. Worst service and no customer support anywhere. They don't even leave a phone number for contact.
