This is a free parking lot for people waiting to pick up travelers arriving at the Honolulu international airport (HNL). There are actually two of these parking lots... and this one is the "ewa" lot on west side. From here, it's only about 3mins drive to the arrivals area or airport.
3 stars for the convenient location. Less 2 stars for potholes, cleanliness, and lighting at night.
Always has a place to park. No shade though.
