The prices for parking are low for such a busy area. Just remember to walk to the payment station and pay before you get in your car to leave. Otherwise you'll have to leave your car in line and run to the payment station and back while your car blocks the exit (this happens to nearly every person parking here for the first time).
Easy to find parking on the weekend. Only $3 maximum for the whole day. You can try to find free parking on the street, but this garage parking is much easier.

This place is absolutely dripping with homeless folks. It is cheap, but not worth the treacherous path that must be taken to get to the good stuff in Chinatown.
