What a rip off. Find another parking garage that charges a posted rate, then you won't be randomly OVER-charged, like we were.
Outstanding service
Beware!! Do not use the valet parking at Pearlridge Center. Yesterday at 1pm the only valet on duty caused huge dings in the driver side door of our brand new BMW convertible. When we picked up the car he ran (only time I saw him run) to our car to pull it out and hold the door open so we could not go around to see the damage. The valet covered the damage with his body standing in front of the driver side door so the dings were obscured. Within a few minutes we realized what had happened and I called elite parking to report it. I had to call 3 more times because they said manager would call back but none did. Finally explained the incident to Cisco Valeho the claims manager who sent an email saying he would investigate. One day later I got an email from the claims manager Cisco Velaho saying he refuses to file a claim or acknowledge the damages. I plan to file a formal complaint against the company and their valet. Do not take any chances with this company. Their staff caused property damage and their management was complicit in covering it up.
