Only positive was the Boneless buffalo wings were good as usual though.
I must have been to bww 100, times, easily the worst experience I had was at this Hawaii location. They brought out adult dinners first, 10 min before kids' food came out. Apps came out after i was done with my main. Half the food was cold (tacos, fries, hamburger). Wife asked for extra sauce, took an extra 10 min. Cups were empty, no refills.
Absolutely appalled at the quality of service and food. Don't waste your time. Every time we come food takes forever and is cold. And don't even think about carry out. They make you wait an hour for that service.
Expensive wings $ 24 a dozen and not very good. The spicy garlic sauce was gross and could not taste the garlic,hot bbq ok.The Mozza sticks were good. overpriced for what you got.
Amazing food!! Frozen strawberry margarita was really salty (not the rim, the actual drink) as well as our french fries. And i LOVE salt.
Good place to watch sports. If you like wings and bar food you won't be disappointed. Not a place for vegetarians. Service is good.
