働いてる人のための病院だけど、それ以外の人は、午後1時から予約なしで診てもらえます。先生も看護師さんもゆっくり英語で話してくれる。でもただの風邪だったから薬も出さずに何もされずに帰され、風邪が悪化した。2日後にワイキキのStrubに行って、注射も出してもらった。ハワイカイの受付の男は嫌な奴だった。
The doctor and nurses are very kind, they speak English slowly for me. But a receptionist man isn't nice in this clinic tho...He ignored me
Then my throat was getting worse bc ther didn't give me any medicine., so I had to go another clinic:/
MUST READ BEFOR YOU GO TO THIS PLACE!!!I went to see Dr. Ponder. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life. On one of my visit. She had another patients records page up on her computer. Then proceed to rudely tell me I had that I had psoriasis on my vagina. When I was surprised to hear this. She acted as if I was some kind of idiot. Then proceed to pull up on "my" (who evers) chart, and show me that this has been a problem since 1996. I then explained to her, that I have been seeing the same doctors my whole live until I moved, and had never heard of such a thing. She continued to convince me of this for another 10min. Be for she realized she had another chart. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, and proceeded to make an appointment to get a new birth control. For the skyla. She went over everything with me(kinda) and I read up on it. She prescribed me a tone of narcotics for the procedure. That I took as directed. When I got to the doctors office. Completely loopy from all the prescription drugs I was ordered to take. She then was very pushy and rushed me through signing the content forms. Then rushed in to the procedure. She put numbing shots in me then went straight in for the next step without even waiting for the numbing medication to kick in. I told her I was scared and wanted to call my friend to sit with me though it so I wanted her th stop. So she stopped got up and said. Where done. She got me all drugged up and didn't even finish the procedure. Now, I can't even where a tampon or a cup. And she quite so she could go get lunch. I am now out of work because of this. And I won't be able to pay my bills on time this month and my lose my home. All because she could finish in the first place.
I've received excellent service in getting blood samples for later consultation at the King Street Hospital. Very convenient to just come by Hawaii Kai and have the samples taken. Great professionalism, care, and respect. I found the technicians more pleasant and courteous than even those at the main laboratory on King St.
