when they still were funded, awesome. but recent cuts decimated them. they had my mail and also my birth certificate. now they "have no record" of me, and i lost my housing worker just as i was about to get housing first. they should have let me finish. I'd be off the streets. after many years. and are they gonna pay for a birth certificate? no. i have to. why on earth didn't they alert me?!? also a paypal physical card lost in this process and god knows what else. why wasn't i allowed to complete housing? aaron was transferred​ to IHS and i was tossed in the trash. no call. no email, nothing. wow.
I was traveling through my when I lost my ID was told I could use this as a valid address when I showed up at the place they told me they had returned my ID and could not help me because I had not open a file beforehand when in fact I spoke with them three times over the course of three weeks prior. They claim to be a service for the poor but will do nothing to help on something so simple
